Learned counsel for the insurance company has objection to permit withdrawal of the amount.

The appellant - insurance company appears to have good case in the appeal. It is however a death claim. The applicants are the villagers. In the fitness of things, they are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the 1 / 2
