This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Only 50% of the amount under the award has been deposited. The said amount i.e. 50% of the amount under the award be paid to the applicant on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
