Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application as the charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. The learned counsel submits that, the Trial Court be directed to dispose of the application for bail as early as possible, in case the applicant approaches the trial Court for bail.

Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

In case, the applicant files the application for bail before the Sessions Court, then the same shall be disposed of as early as possible.
