Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, perused pleadings in the petition, grounds taken therein, annexures thereto and the reply filed by the respondents. It is stated int he said reply that, the respondents/State, relying upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in case of Jagpal Singh vs. The State of Punjab1, has issued a Government Resolution dated 12th July, 2011, thereby issuing directions to the Government authorities not to regularize the encroachment over the Gairan land. We need not go to the larger aspect of the matter. Suffice it to say that, the petitioner shifted to (2011) 11 SCC 396;

7078.15wp Nandurbar in the year, 1990 and also the petitioner possesses approximately four acres land besides the dam.
