Today, the girl is produced in the Court by ASI Shri Wanjari. The girl gave her age as 18 years completed. She informed that, at present, she is living with her parents. Advocate Vinod Patil, who is representing the parents is present in Court hall and has also identified the girl. The girl has produced photocopy of Adhar card. It is taken on record. As the present proceeding is habeas corpus proceeding, no further orders can be passed in view of the aforesaid circumstances. The present petition is disposed of.
