Leave to correct prayer clause B by mentioning Family Court Parbhani instead of Civil Judge S.D. Parbhani. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant is seeking transfer of A Petition No.81 of 2021 fled by respondent for getting divorce from her to the Family Court, Parbhani. 3.

It appears that the applicant wife is not having any independent source of income. Further, she is also having one minor son, aged about 8 years out of the wedlock. As such, it would be diffcult for her to attend the Family Court Buldhana. 4.

The respondent husband despite service, remained absent. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The A Petition No. 81 of 2021 pending in Family Court Buldhana is transferred to Family Court, Parbhani for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Family Court, Parbhani on or before 19/12/2022.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
