The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 - Zilla Parishad tenders across the Bar a report prepared by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, after hearing the petitioners and other employees. The same is taken on record.

On the basis of the said report, the learned Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad has agreed to consider the request of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6168 of 2016 namely, Vijaykumar Ramrao Pawar, for his transfer in

3 1-wp6168.odt Kandhar Taluka since there are vacant posts in the said Taluka. He further submits that so far as the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6169 of 2016 namely, Vinod s/o. Parshuram Rathod is concerned, the Chief Executive Officer has agreed to transfer the wife of the petitioner in Mudkhed Taluka. 4.

In the light of the report of the Chief Executive Officer, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, subject to compliance of the said report by the Chief Executive Officer.

We hope and expect that the Chief Executive Officer shall take necessary steps within one week from today.

In view of the above observations, both the petitions stand disposed of .
