This is an application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount of compensation 3.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that in cases of similarly situated claimants, who were granted similar compensation in L.A.R. Nos. 175/2015 and 174/2015, the State has not filed appeals and has accepted the award. 4.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the application. 5.

Considering the fact that the State has not challenged the award passed in favour of similarly situated claimants in in L.A.R. Nos. 175/2015 and 174/2015 and for the reasons stated in the application, applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
