The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Attendant is forwarded by the management on 11.03.2011. The same is received by the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, however, the same is not yet decided. 2.
According to the instructions of the learned A. G. P. the said proposal is not with the office of the District Social Welfare Officer.

If the proposal (page No. 19) is not with the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, then the management may submit fresh proposal within a period of two weeks from today seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner by given reference of earlier proposal. On receipt of said proposal, the District Social Welfare Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
