The applicant- original claimant Anna Ambadas (Late), is reported to be dead vide death certifcate, which is marked as Exh.-A on 2.2.2016.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned A.G.P., for the respondents-State, has objected for condonation of delay and for setting aside the abetment order.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 1413 days is condoned. The abatement order is set aside. Legal representatives of late Anna Ambadas be brought on record by making necessary corrections.

Civil application is disposed of.
