Learned advocate for the petitioner, looking at the scheme underlying the Maharashtra Scheduled Commodities Regulation of Distribution Order, 1975, states that the petitioner may explore possibility of exhausting alternate remedy, however, apprehends that supply of commodities may be disrupted. 2.

It is expected that the petitioner would approach revisional forum within a period of two weeks from today. Present position with regard to supply may not be disturbed until interim order is passed in the proceedings to be filed by the petitioner. It is expected that orders on interim relief application would be passed by 31st July, 2018. Needless to refer to that this order
