Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there were earlier change reports pending which were in respect of earlier elections. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner therefore requested the Deputy Charity Commissioner to decide the earlier change reports and thereafter the subsequent change reports. The said application has been rejected by the Deputy Charity Commissioner and hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Perusal of the impugned order passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner dated 21.11.2023 below Exh. 18 in Inquiry No. 651/2022 indicates that the reporting trustees have filed three change reports at one time and therefore, the Deputy Charity Commissioner held that inquiry of the said change reports will be conducted simultaneously and rejected the application.

Considering the above, I see no error in the order passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner dated 21.11.2023 below Exh. 18 in Inquiry No. 651/2022 since all the reports can be dealt with simultaneously. There is no merit in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
