Mr. Sontakke submits that he has instructions to appear in Civil Application no.15911 of 2013 in FAST 18351 of 2013. Service of notice on sole respondent is

CA-15908-2013+ therefore complete in the proceedings.

Heard both sides.

Learned A.G.P. submits that delay of 399 days in filing the present appeals has occurred as there was communication gap between the various levels. The appeal memos were to be drafted and thereafter sent for approval. Therefore, the delay has occurred. 4.

In my view, sufficient reason is made out. In the circumstances, delay in filing of the appeals is therefore condoned. The applications are allowed without any order as to costs.
