By an order dated 27th June, 2019, simple notice was issued to respondent No.2. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that as per the Government Resolution dated 5th August, 2019, the claim for freedom fighters pension in favour of the petitioner is positively decided and as such, the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present contempt petition no more survives. 3.

Accepting the aforesaid statement of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of.
