Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this bail application, with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail after receipt of the C.A. reports pertaining to the weapon allegedly used in the commission of the crime, blood stained clothes allegedly seized at the instance of the accused and piece of paper having blood stains on which deceased allegedly written something (name of the assailant) in his own hand writing.
