This petition can be disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Level Committee constituted in accordance with the Circular issued by the Commissioner of Aurangabad division on 13.02.2015. If petitioner approaches the concerned Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall take appropriate steps and issue necessary instructions, if deemed necessary, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
