At the outset, the learned A.P.P. appearing for respondent No. 1/State, on written instructions, makes a statement that "C" summary is filed before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad and the same would be filed in the concerned Court. In that view of the matter, the criminal application stands disposed of. In view of disposal of the application, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 22nd June, 2016 stands revoked.
