We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Ghute, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, as per the Government Resolution, the petitioner has to approach the Commissioner.

If the petitioner has grievance with regard to transfer, the Commissioner is appropriate authority to decide the grievance. 3.

The petitioner may file representation/objection with the Commissioner, the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad shall decide the representation/objection within a period of thirty (30)
