The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the benefit of the loan waiver scheme has been extended to the petitioner and the concerned Bank has given 'No Dues Certificate' on 6 June 2022. Copy of the statement of account along-with 'No Dues Certificate', produced by the petitioner, is taken on record and marked X for identification. The learned counsel, therefore, submits that the petition has become infructuous.
