PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nasik to take decision in appeals No.11/2014 and 12/2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, the Managing Committee headed by respondent No.7 shall neither take any measure policy decision, nor make any new appointments in the institution.

With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
