This matter was heard for some time. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would respond to the communication dated 25.05.2023 at page No.56 of the petition paper book by tendering a detailed reply along with maps and documents, to convince the Corporation that there is no illegality in the shop adjacent to his House No.3/1080/1, CTS No.4754 (Survey No.205). 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Petitioner shall submit a detailed reply along with the documents, khs/June 2023/6576

- 2 - maps, as well as the copy of this order to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation within 10 days from today. Thereafter, the concerned Authority would consider the record available and pass an appropriate order as is permissible in Law. Let such order be passed within 15 days from the date of receiving the explanation and documents from the Petitioner.
