The learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions of his client, who is present in the court and identified by the learned counsel, submits that the petitioner undertakes to deposit the outstanding amount as under.

With the undertaking given by the petitioner, the execution of the decree will remain stayed, however, in default of any one of the above deposit, the execution proceedings shall resume and the petitioner would be liable to pay the interest on the balance amount @ 7.5% per annum.

The writ petition is disposed of on the undertaking of the petitioner.
