The Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.182 dtd. 05.03.2024 r/w Resolution No.209(2) dtd. 28.04.2024 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for forwarding proposal to the State Government for approving additional sum to be placed/credited to Management Fund from the Trust Fund for the Financial year 2024-25 as per section 22, sub section (2) and for approving Proposed Budget for Financial Year 2024-25 (Proposed Original Budget) and the Revised Budget for Financial year 2023-24 (Revised Original Budget)."

We have perused Section 22 of the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004. The Sansthan desires that the Resolution No.182 is to be forwarded to the State Government for approval. It is conveyed to us that the decision would be of the State Government with regard to the proposal forwarded. 3.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off by granting leave to the Applicant to forward the proposal to the State Government for approving additional sum, to be credited to the management fund as per Section 22(2), for the financial years mentioned in prayer clause (B).
