The petitioner has filed an application at Exhibit-10 in Criminal Case No.137 of 2014 (State Vs. Subhash and ors.) before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parali, Dist. Beed. The learned Counsel for the

In the circumstances, we direct the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parali, Dist. Beed, to take a decision on the aforementioned pending application filed by the petitioner, if the same is not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to observe that while deciding the application, the Court concerned shall give opportunity of hearing to both sides.

With these directions, present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
