The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that in both these petitions, the Petitioners pray for expeditious decision in their pending proceedings before Respondent No.2-the Additional Collector, Dhule, which have been closed for orders on 18th April, 2023. 2.

The learned AGP sought a pass over and has taken instructions and submits that the concerned authority will deliver a reasoned order considering all grounds raised by the litigating parties, within 10 days.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. 4.

The pending proceedings shall be decided by Respondent No.2 with a reasoned order to be delivered on or before 30th June, 2023.
