Mr. Patil, the learned Addl. G. P. on instructions, submits that the matter was kept for hearing on 28.9.2017. However, as hearing is going on before the special bench at Bombay the matter on that day could not be proceeded and now the next date for hearing is kept on 7th November, 2017 and within 3 months the proceedings would be decided on merits.

In case, the proceedings are not decided as undertaken then, the petitioner will have a fresh right. 4.

The contempt petition on the basis of above statement is disposed of. No costs.
