IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 50 CIVIL APPLICATION (STAMP) NO. 17629 OF 2014 IN RC/930/2014 SIDGU KISTA GAUD DIED TH LRS SHRINIWAS SIDGU KISHTA GAUD AND ORS

VERSUS

SMT ANUSAYABAI ARVIND LANGILE AND OTHERS Advocate present.

CORAM:

R.R.KAKANI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:

08 / 10 /2018 1.

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. According to him, he filed a note for placing the matter before the Court against the order passed by my predecessor [Registrar (Judicial)]. Further he submits that the office has treated the said note as civil application stamp, therefore, the objection as raised regarding giving the names of parties in format does not arise. I have gone through the provisions under Chapter IV Rule 11 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 and found that it is a note and not civil application stamp. Consequently, there would not be any office objection. With this, the matter to proceed further.
