Since the Writ Petition was dismissed after notice, issue notice to the Respondents in the Civil Application, returnable forthwith. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. The learned Standing Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The learned Advocates for the Respondents oppose and submit that appropriate orders may be passed. Since this Civil Application is filed within time and for the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed within two weeks, and thereafter the Writ Petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed.
