ORDER :

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant has tendered across the Bar the present Application praying therein for restoration of Criminal Application No.263 of 2015, which was dismissed as against Mahesh Vishwas Chaudhari. Counsel for Applicant submits that after withdrawal of the said Application, certain important developments took place wherein the parties agreed to amicably settle the dispute and accordingly affidavit to that effect is filed by Respondent No.2 in the proceedings of Criminal Application No.263 of 2015 and the same is taken on record.

We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In the interest of justice, it would be appropriate to allow the Application.
