The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. I138 of 2016 registered on 22/05/2016 with Sangamner City Police Station, District Ahmednagar for an offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants were arrested on the same day. 2.

The applicants are mother and father of Rahul, whose wife deceased Swati committed suicide, resulting into registration of

Perused the investigation papers, particularly suicide note, which does not attribute any role to the applicants. 4.

In view thereof and having regard to the fact that there are no criminal antecedents, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary.

In view of above, in my opinion, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :- The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-138 of 2016 registered with Sangamner City Police Station, District Ahmednagar for an offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them. 6.
