Mr.Dixit, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent no.4, submits that no such forged documents were submitted by respondent no.4. He further submits that respondent no.4 has withdrawn from the contest and he has given in writing that he is not interested in carrying out the work.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
