It is an application for suspension of sentence and bail filed by the appellants/original accused Nos. 1 and 2. 2.
Heard Mr Ruchir Wani, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr G.O. Wattamwar, learned APP for the State. 3.
Perused the impugned Judgment and order of conviction passed in Sessions Case No. 20/2019 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar.

It is revealed during the course of argument that both the appellants came to be convicted at the hands of the Additional Sessions Judge for the offences punishable under sections 353, 332, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the I.P.C. with certain amount of fine coupled with stipulation clause.

Mr Wattamwar, learned APP for the State strongly opposed to release the appellants/accused on bail.

The appellants were on bail during the trial. Even after conviction, they are released on bail by the trial court/Additional Sessions Court, Nandurbar.

I do not see any extraordinary circumstances to keep the appellants behind the bars during the pendency of the appeal.
ORDER
(i) The criminal application is hereby allowed.
(ii) Both the appellants/accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs.1 5,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one or two solvent sureties of the like amount by each of them.
(iii) The substantive sentence passed in Sessions Case No.20/2019 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar against both the appellants/accused Nos. 1 and 2 is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal.
(iv) Bail before the trial court.
