1] The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a prayer that the interim order in operation be continued till the decision of the Appeal No.31/2022 pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad.

2] This prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3] In view of above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with continuance of the interim relief till the decision of the Appeal No.31/2022
