Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in Public Interest Litigation and learned Government Pleader appearing for the State jointly invites our attention to the reply filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 3 and submits that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by keeping in view the averments made in the said reply along with action plan at Exhibit R-2.

In the light of submissions made across the Bar and keeping in view the reply filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 3, and in particular Exhibit R-2 annexed to the said reply, it appears that grievance raised in this Petition
stands satisfied. Hence the Public Interest Litigation No.84 of 2016 stands disposed of.
