Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the respondent no. 2.

The petitioner who has been serving as an Assistant Teacher. Even her husband is also serving on the same post in the same district. She is seeking convenient transfer on the basis of the policy dated 07-04-2021. Her request is pending with the respondent no. 2 dated 06-06-2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently submits that the authorities are not obeying the law as well as the observations of this Court in various orders including one passed in writ petition no. 3995 of 2023 (Vaishali Sharad Ghuge and others Vs.

2 WP / 6376 / 2023 The State of Maharashtra and others) and connected writ petitions dated 21-04-2023.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 2, on instructions, submits that appropriate decision in accordance with law and the policy would be taken on the petitioner's representation within four weeks.
