We have heard Mr. Golegaonkar and Mr. Phatale, the learned

We do not appreciate the lethargy on the part of the petitioners in moving the proposals so late for validation. The petitioners in the 11th standard itself had the knowledge that they are exploring the possibility of admission to the professional courses, still, it is only on 18.03.21, the proposals have been moved for validation to the scrutiny committee.

Considering that the petitioners are exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the respondent No. 2 / Committee, if it is possible, shall endeavor to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioners by 28.09.2021. 4.

The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 30.07.2021.
