It is duly verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial). Compromise deed is taken on record and marked as 'X'.

The original suit was for partition. Plaintiffs and defendants have arrived at settlement and admit to accept share as recorded in the compromise deed. This Court finds no reason in not accepting the same.
