The issue involved in this writ petition is regarding pay fixation. During pendency of this writ petition the proposal for pay fixation and release of amount has already been submitted by the authorities on 02.09.2022 before the respondent No.8 - Accountant General.

Since that is the only prayer that has been made in this Civil Application, and as the writ petition involves the same dispute, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this civil application so also the writ petition by directing the respondent No.8 - Accountant General to take

2 901.CA.6709.25.odt appropriate decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from today on the said proposal submitted on 02.09.2022.

The amount deposited pursuant to the order passed by this Court by the respondent, is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant herein with accrued interest thereon.
