Narration of events, as appearing in the application gives a quite of lot of indication, that the matter is being listlessly prosecuted disregarding the rigor underlying order dated 26-03-2018 passed by this court and, yet, there is further request for extension of time.

Such a lackadaisical approach, in the given circumstances deserves to be met with stern treatment and in the present case by enhancing the costs to Rs.1,50,000/-. 3.

In the circumstances, time is extended, subject to payment of costs Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty Thousand)

2 CA-8818-2018 inclusive of costs, directed under order dated 26-03-2018. The amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, be deposited before appellate court by 14-08-2018.

In case of failure to deposit said amount, as observed in order dated 26-03-2018, said order would stand recalled and appeal from order would stand dismissed without further reference to this court.
