Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner is praying for directions against respondent No.1 to deposit the amount of compensation as determined by respondent No.2 under award dated 17th July, 2019.

Undisputedly, the award has been passed by the Arbitrator after operation of 2019 Rules. The respondent has preferred an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the same is subjudice before the authority.

In that event, the petitioner has remedy to file execution under

94 wp.7936.21.odt Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in that regard. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
