Said statement is accepted. 2] In view thereof, prayer clause (B) of petition is worked out and nothing further survives in the petition at this stage. Petition is accordingly disposed off.

3] Petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate proceeding, if she is not satisfied with the decision of respondent No.5 and/or respondent No.3, on the basis of her representation dated 28.8.2019 and the decision which would be taken by respondent No.5, as noted hereinabove.
