The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that at a ripe old age of 75 years, he desires to demolish his old house to the extent of the share which he has inherited and construct a house in his own share. Despite several applications, the Corporation is not responding. The fees for measurement have also been deposited. 2.

In view of the above above, we direct the Corporation to respond to the application of the Petitioner dated 17.02.2024, placed on record, within a period of 30 days from today. All stake holders be khs/August 2024/8469

- 2 - granted an opportunity of hearing while considering the application of the Petitioner.
