This petition seeks quashing of F.I.R. registered against the petitioner and others. The offences alleged against the petitioner and coaccused are punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 466, 467, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 & 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The petitioner is working as a District Supply Officer at Hingoli.

Investigation is going on and it is

crwp765.14 therefore the Investigation Officer's duty to find out as to whether any offence is made out. If offence is made out he would file a charge-sheet against the petitioner and /or any other person.

At this stage we are not inclined to go into probative value of complaint and evidence that is likely to be collected. The petitioner should wait till the investigation is over.

After the investigation is over we would ascertain that either the petitioner would be exonerated or the charge-sheet would be filed against him.

In view of this the writ petition stands disposed of.
