The petitioner states that, his validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim are pending and the same are not yet decided. The respondent No. 1 is not issuing the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) to the petitioner, as the validation proceedings are not decided. The learned counsel submits that, the same is pending since October 2012.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the

2 wp 6549.15 validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The respondent No. 1/college may not withhold the T. C. of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
