The petitioner claims that an amount of Rs. 2,69,557/- has not been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner was reinstated as per the order of the Court along with backwages, however, instead of paying twelve years salary, the respondent has paid only eleven years salary.

The affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that, no amount is due and payable to the petitioner.

The details are not before this Court either on behalf of the petitioner or the respondent so as to arrive at the exact amount

The Accounts Officer of the respondent shall consider his accounts and also the say of the petitioner and arrive at a figure, which was receivable by the petitioner and the amount paid by the respondent. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The petitioner may appear before the Accounts Officer within fifteen days from today. After the Accounts Officer calculates the amount and if any amount remains payable to the petitioner, then the same shall be paid within a period of two months thereafter.
