The Applicants pray for recalling the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 18.06.2018 by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. Though the office note indicates that the Civil Application is belated by two days, I find that the Civil Application has been filed within limitation as the order of the learned Registrar dated 18.06.2018 was given effect to on 25.06.2018 and the Civil Application is filed on 27.06.2018.

Considering the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. The Applicants shall remove all office objections on or before

*2* 940ca8534o18 02.08.2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and then this Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 03.08.2018.
