Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 25.04.2025 was revoked by respondent Tahsildar and fresh order has been issued on 01.07.2025. In that light, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent order dated 01.07.2025.
