1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the alternate remedy available to challenge the order dated 18th March, 2021 passed by the Collector, Latur, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy.

2] This Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the petitioners are granted liberty to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority under the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act.

13917.21WP 3] There was an interim order granted by this Court not to create third party interest in the CL-III license of deceased Govindrao Anantrao Meru bearing license No.1 at Latur. It is agreed by both the parties that this interim relief be continued for three weeks from today. The present Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

4] Needless to mention that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the authority.
