The petitioner seeks compensation in respect of his land acquired for the purpose of road. Mr. Natu, learned Counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner is agreeable to receive TDR as per the rules.

Mr. Girase, learned Counsel for respondent no.4 - Municipal Council, on instructions, states that respondent no.4 would allow the necessary TDR on account of acquisition of the land for the purpose of 18 Mtr. development plan road over land survey no. 570 within six months. 1 / 2

Said statement is accepted as undertaking to this Court. Respondents shall allow necessary TDR as per rules within six months as undertaken.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
