Learned counsel submits that, in connected appeals the Court has allowed the applicant to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to the Court and 20% was directed to be kept in Fixed Deposit (FD).

Considering the above, I pass the following order.

ORDER

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to the Court, on condition that, in case the applicant
